The Role

As part of Communicare’s ongoing growth and in anticipation of the strategic opportunities emerging, a newly created positon of Data and Reporting Partner has been introduced to best position our business for the future.

Reporting to the Director Business Intelligence and Growth, the Data and Reporting Partner builds and achieves improved data use across the organisation through leadership, planning, project delivery, expertise, collaboration and design. The Data and Reporting Partner supports a whole of organisation approach to better outcomes reporting and builds opportunities to undertake evaluation and other activities.

Selection Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in the developing and implementing a reporting and outcomes framework.
  • Ability to lead and support projects which improve the use and analysis of data for performance improvement.
  • Experience in developing frameworks, guidelines, reports and processes which guide and improve data use.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve whole of organisation reporting
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills, coupled with a collaborative and influential consulting style.

The successful person will have achieved a tertiary qualification in business, accounting or related discipline.
